In 2025 this experienced Italian team are making the step up to the top level of the 52 SUPER SERIES after successes on other circuits such as the ClubSwan50 and the M32. Skippered by owner driver Andrea Lacorte the team which sails under the flag of the YCRMP – Yacht Club Repubblica Marinara di Pisa have been together for many years. Racing the boat which was formerly Azzurra, the 2019 52 SUPER SERIES champion, and Interlodge, US based Kiwi Cameron Appleton is tactician with Portuguese four times Olympian Alvaro Marinho as strategist and Italian ace Nicoló Sanfelice as navigator.
